At EcoLovePet, we want both you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

You may return or exchange any eligible item within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened grooming products or perishable goods cannot be returned.
